Hello! My dog is a 15 year old Cockapoo, and is currently experiencing weight loss, dry nose, lethargy, vomiting, loss of appetite, and trembling since last Saturday. We took him to the emergency vet where they ran blood work, and an X-ray and found that all levels were normal. We are set to run an ultrasound soon. The emergency vet suspects possible pancreatitis but was left unsure. He is on and off with symptoms, sometimes eating and sometimes not, and has trouble standing on his own. Most of the time, he has a loss of appetite. His trembles come and go. Does anyone have a similar experience, and can offer some insight?
